Shipping:

We do worldwide shipping, via DHL Express. Shipping times and cost vary depending on your region.

An average shipping time goes from, 2 to 7(or more) business days. It all Depends on the region you live in. 

*All orders are sent from our main office in San Salvador, El Salvador. 

*We are not liable for lost or stolen items. 

*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping costs are calculated on weight.

1 to 2 items = $25 to $30 flat rate (depending on location)

if you purchase 3+ items shipping is free!

Wholesale shipping will be managed personally.

Returns: 

 We accept exchanges, for store credit, or a different item form the same listing. Exchange time is, 14 days after the item is received by the customer (the customer must cover shipping costs). Store Credit will be issued when the item is returned & inspected.  

* Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Lingerie or Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons, such as Underwear or bras)

• Items on sale

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
